The Staff: The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided great suggestions for places to eat and visit during our Christmas stay. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family.

Weather and Beach Conditions: Unfortunately, the weather during our stay wasn't great and the sea was choppy with a lot of seaweed. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the beach and go for a swim.

The airport shuttle was a great convenience for us and they even greeted us with a welcome drink upon arrival. The restaurant served delicious meals and the outdoor dining area was a great spot to enjoy the tropical surroundings. The spa and wellness center provided a tranquil escape and we loved having beach access with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

The accommodations were top-notch with luxurious and tastefully decorated rooms. The comfortable beds made it difficult to get up in the mornings. The beachfront location provided a stunning view and proximity to other beach clubs and restaurants.

The shower had occasional issues with maintaining hot water, which made for slightly uncomfortable experiences. Additionally, it would have been convenient to have a mini-fridge in the room for keeping drinks chilled.

My stay at Encantada was an absolute delight! The value for money was fantastic, and the room was beautifully designed and well laid out. The location was perfect, away from the busy clubs, making it peaceful at night. The staff treated us with such warmth and went above and beyond to ensure a relaxing vacation. Special shoutout to Alejandra, Ana, and Oscar for making our stay extra special. We enjoyed their suggestions for dinner, drinks, and places to visit. The convenience of using their sister properties, such as Rhadoo for the pool, Nu for amazing food, and Itzik for delicious drinks, was a pleasant bonus. The daily supply of purified water and the beach bag for our stay were thoughtful touches. The breakfast and lunch at the hotel were delicious, and we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back to Encantada on our next trip to this paradise.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and just steps away from the beach. You can easily walk to all the amazing restaurants and attractions in the area. The rooms are fabulous, with spacious bathrooms and breathtaking views. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. Every morning, you can enjoy a delicious continental breakfast that will leave you feeling satisfied. Plus, the hotel offers fantastic facilities and room advantages, like a massage service and a terrace for breakfast delivery.

The only downside is that sometimes it can be difficult to find a taxi in the area.
